In operation for over 10 years, the Decatur Farmers Market provides fresh, sustainably-raised produce and artisan products to Decatur and nearby neighborhoods. With a focus in boosting nutrition education and the local economy, the market provides more than just good food, but a commitment to building a healthy community.

Wednesday Market
Hours – 4-7 p.m. during daylight savings time. 3-6 p.m. during winter
Located at 308 Clairemont Ave on the lawn of the first Baptist church. Please park for free in the garage.

Saturday Market
Hours – 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. (10 a.m. – 1p.m. Jan-March)
Located @ the corner of N. McDonough St. And E. Trinity Pl. Next to

Brightside Farm (Wednesday & Saturday)
At Brightside Farm, we grow a diversity of fruits and vegetables on 2 acres at Oakleaf Mennonite Farm using production techniques that sustain the health of soils, ecosystems and people. Our hope is to provide healthy, thoughtfully grown food to the good people of this community. We sell at two local Farmers Markets – Decatur (Wednesdays) and Grant Park, in addition to offering Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) shares.

Candler Park Market (Saturday)
We are a locally owned and operated neighborhood corner store in beautiful Candler Park.

Capra Gia Goat Cheese Co. (Wednesday)
The Capra Gia Cheese Company is a start-up Grade A Goat Dairy located in beautiful Carroll County, Georgia. Capra Gia’s co-founders bring to the table a combined half-century of dairy goat husbandry, a life-long passion for cheesemaking (as winning cheesemaking awards on a national level) and an unparalleled dedication to producing high-quality, fresh, natural products.

Doggy DogDoggy Dogg ATL (Wednesday)
Doggy Dogg brings you new ingredients to the classic American hot dog . We are proud to source locally made ingredients for every aspect of our dogs – from the franks which are nitrate and steroid free, to the freshly baked buns and vegetables. These are used as the base for all of our not-so-ordinary internationally influenced creations.

Doug’s Wild Alaska Salmon (Wednesday & Saturday)
Based in South Carolina, Doug’s Wild Alaska Salmon makes fresh-frozen salmon available locally in the Carolinas, Georgia, and Florida. Being the fisherman, we can provide you with the highest quality flash-frozen wild salmon. Dougswild is owned and operated by the Resetarits family, three generations of Alaskan fisherman spanning a 30 year period.

Fairywood Thicket FarmFairywood Thicket Farm (Saturday)
We are a small farm located in Fairburn, GA. Our specialties have grown from one spectacular Jelly, Elderberry (Mother Elder), to a unique group of hand-made Jams, Jellies and Chutneys, using an ever expanding selection of special fruits, hot peppers, and flowers.

5th Kingdom (Wednesday)
At 5th Kingdom we are passionate about producing the finest quality, freshest, best tasting, and most nutritious mushrooms available in Atlanta.

Formaggio (Wednesday & Saturday)
Formaggio is a cheese monger company that brings different local artisan creameries and dairies to the farmer’s markets.

The  Funny Farm (Wednesday)
Duane Marcus has been an organic gardener for 30 years, and a past manager of the Decatur Farmers Market itself.  Living with his wife Susan in Stone Mountain, the two spend their days creating a model of suburban permaculture on 3 acres.  They grow veggies, small fruits, herbaceous and woody flowers, herbs, mushrooms, chickens and worms, while teaching classes on organic gardening and sustainable living.

Global Growers Network (Wednesday)
Global Growers Network connects international farmers who now live in Georgia to agriculture, by growing good food, training farmers, and creating economic opportunities. We work primarily with metro-Atlanta’s refugee community, made up of people who have been forced to flee their home countries due to war, genocide and persecution. Many were farmers back home.

Hidden Springs Farms (Wednesday & Saturday)
The mission of Hidden Springs Farm, LLC is to promote the art of beekeeping , provide our customers with the finest all natural products, and to practice farming methods that protect and sustain the land.

Jennifer’s Pesto (Wednesday & Saturday)
Jennifer’s Pesto is made with only the highest quality of ingredients possible – organically grown herbs, imported organic extra-virgin olive oil, and imported all-natural Parmesan cheeses! It is very delicious, and has so many uses!

We are a company that knows what a dog owner expects out of a dog treat. Delicious organic ingredients that are healthy and helpful to our beloved canines. Based out of Atlanta Ga, we hand make our dog biscuits with 100% natural ingredients and not preservatives. Instead of having a machine produce treats by the masses our hearts go into these wonderful treats.

Mealor Family Gardens takes great pride in providing fresh, sustainably grown, vegetables, fruits and berries. We make our own compost on site from spent brewery grains (from Twains), veggie scraps, leaves, hay, sawdust, wood chips, etc — and we never use pestisides. It’s ALL about the SOIL!

Mercier Orchards is a family owned and operated apple orchard now in it’s 4th generation. We’re constantly improving our products and our store to give you the best experience that we can possibly offer. We currently grow strawberries, cherries, blueberries, peaches, plums, nectarines, and apples!

We are a family farm that has been in business for over 30 years. We offer organically grown produce, strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries.

NaturAlmond (Wednesday)
NaturAlmond is slow roasted, handcrafted almond butter produced locally in a peanut free and gluten free kitchen using simple, all natural ingredients. From savory to sweet, our collection is complete- try all 4 flavors: Original, Salt Free, Honey Roasted and Maple-Caramel. We also grind almond flour fresh each week!

From One Screw Loose we bring to Market a unique variety of jellies and jelly rubs. OSL is local, unique and handcrafted.

The Pearson Family has been growing sweet Georgia Peaches and Pecans on the same land as our great-great grandparents for over 100 years. For five generations, Pearson Farm has stood for honest values and traditional American Southern hospitality.

Riverview Farms (Wednesday)
Riverview Farms is a certified organic family farm on 200 acres in the beautiful foothills of the Appalachians in Northwest Georgia. In the fertile bottomlands of the Coosawattee River west of Carter’s Lake, Charlotte and Wes gently cultivate certified organic vegetables, Berkshire pork, and grass-fed beef.

Scharko Family Farm (Saturday)
Linda and Tony are “a couple of old hippies that farm for pleasure and sustainability.” They have a small 4-acre vegetable, cut flower and herb farm with a roadside stand.The Scharkos have been sharing their world view and delicious veggies with us since 2006.
